AUTOMOBILE DOOR WATER DEFLECTORS (door panel barrier)

Since 1996 Sulfix has been offering door water deflectors to the automotive market. Our deflectors have eliminated the need to use double sided tapes with solvent-based adhesives, and butyl adhesive ropes, providing environmental benefits and gain in productivity and quality.

Sulfix door water deflectors are a result of a state-of-the-art technology in the segment. They are produced with polyethylene films with special features such as:

• Fire retardant
• Water resistant
• Good weatherability
• High performance, specially developed for this usage

Our products are customized considering our clients’ specifications, both in physical and dimensional attributes, and in their design. Our production capacity is of over 7 million pieces/year, being easily expanded according to demands.

Our car door water deflectors are built in modern and automated equipment. They are cut according to the client’s project, and presented, either in a flat, or in a molded way. They are provided over wood fibreboards, with 100 pieces or more. They do not use a silicone liner, what considerably reduces their cost, and prevents the production of recyclable waste in the assembly line. The whole manufacturing system of our door water reflectors is certified by IATF-16949 and ISO-9001.

FINISHING PROTECTORS TO THE INTERIOR OF CARS, LORRIES, AND BUSES

These protectors are polyethylene pieces, with technical adhesive coating, shaped according to what they are going to protect/cover. Their main function is to protect internal automotive finishing parts, from the production line moment up to the final one: the delivery to the consumer.

MASKING TAPES

They are provided in rolls or in overlapped pieces with detachable flaps and defined outlines. They are used to protect the products or pieces during their painting processes or coating application.
