Initially, Sulfix focused its production on self-adhesive films for mechanical protection of external anti-rust coating of gas and oil pipelines, fire hydrant lines, and other underground and aerial ductile pipes.

Shortly after that, because of the high quality of its special adhesive products, Sulfix started to manufacture temporary (removable) protective films for surfaces and outlined parts, with specific geometry, specified by the client’s projects, what allowed us to work on different markets, such as the automotive, auto parts, construction, steel industry, electronics, food packaging, engineering plastics, visual communication and others.

In 2003, in order to expand our capacity of polyethylene films extrusion and lamination, as well as include a new process (flexography printing), we invested in infrastructure, increasing the production and administration areas. Short time later, we reached the position of market Brazilian leaders, with a management system certified by international organizations such as ISO and IATF.
